Office strip out and refurbishment

Strip out and refurbishment of 1,356 sq. ft. office space.

Works comprised stripping out glazed partitions, floor coverings and a suspended ceiling. A complete electrical and mechanical install was undertaken along with a new commercial grade wood effect vinyl floor and re-decoration of walls, ceiling and windows. This project was completed ahead of schedule in a noise sensitive environment.
