Internal & External Refurbishment, Covent Garden

This project entailed a sympathetic restoration of an 18th century building in the heart of London’s vibrant Covent Garden.

Externally, we undertook significant repairs and redecoration to the brickwork, windows and timber across the entire front elevation. Internally, the first floor front office was stripped out, re-modelled and refurbished, including M&E installations, kitchen alterations and stairwell improvements. Works were carefully planned to ensure minimum disruption to the shop at ground level and passing public.
