Our story

Redzep has worked for Scope Property Services for many years. He is our lead Painter and Decorator across projects. With broad general trade skills, Redzep also assists with other site work if needed.

Redzep is an award-winning member of the British Art Club and is particulalry keen on watercolour, drawing and oil painting on canvas. He also enjoys fishing.

Mantas joined the Company in 2023. He is NVQ Level 6 qualified in Construction Site Management (Building and Civil Engineering).  Mantas also has a strong building trade and carpentry background including an NVQ level 3 technical qualification.

Outside of work, Mantas enjoys sports (gym, football, basketball and tennis). He likes to spend time with his family and play with his son. Mantas enjoys travelling and exploring new places.

Waseem joined us in 2021, with a strong technical background and a BSc in Quantity Surveying (First Class Honours).

Waseem is responsible for project pricing and commercial management.

Outside of work, Waseem enjoys get-away weekends exploring the UK’s hidden gems, family activities and meeting friends for a spontaneous drink or meal. He also has a keen interest in architecture and nature.

Vytautas has worked with us since 2015.  In addition to site managing our major projects, Vytautas is also a skilled and qualified carpenter.

In his free time, Vytautas likes to spend time in nature, walking in the fields, near canals or the forest. He also enjoys cycling.

Vladimir joined Scope in 2014 with many years’ previous experience in the construction trades.

With strong technical knowledge and an NVQ level 3 in Site Carpentry and Work Supervision, Vladimir is a senior site manager and now heads up the Operations team.

In his free time, Vladimir enjoys gardening and hiking. He also likes watching movies and spending time with his children.

Steve joined Scope in 2015. He has broad trade skills and technical knowledge.

Steve assists the operations team with pre-sales and project activities. He also manages the asset log.

Shahin has been with us since 2016. He joined with substantial previous trades experience.  Since then, he has developed particular expertise in flooring installation and restoration.

Shahin is currently studying for his NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management through the Company Sponsorship Scheme.

When not at work, Shahin’s hobbies include building high spec gaming PC's and travelling to exotic countries.  He also enjoys riding his motorbike and would love to track race one day in the future.

Oleh joined us in 2022.  He is a graduate with substantial previous trade and management experience.

Oleh has achieved his Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations. He is also a skilled and qualified carpenter.

Some of Oleh’s favourite hobbies are hiking, fishing and travelling.  In his opinion, the best time spent is time spent in nature.  In the wintertime, he prefers skiing.

Lukas joined the Company in 2014 with broad, previous experience gained in large scale organisations.

Lukas leads projects with a consultative, customer-centric approach.  He is currently gaining MCIOB status and also holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Information Technology and Business Systems.

Outside of work, Lukas has a passion for outdoor running and attending live sports events. He also enjoys researching new and innovative technologies.

Kate has been with Scope since 2016.  Her responsibilities include management accounts, project accounting, forecasting, bookkeeping and payroll.

Kate is AATQB qualified with considerable previous accounting experience in SMEs.  She also holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching of Biology and Chemistry.

Kate says she absolutely loves travelling, and exploring new places and cultures. She also likes reading and baking healthy cakes, especially with her son.

Holly is a sweet-natured and playful Miniature Schnauzer. She brings the feel-good factor to the office.

Holly’s main job, in between sleeping, is to be stroked. She also likes treats.

Gian joined the Company in 2021 and has been responsible for the delivery of large projects.

He has many years’ project management experience, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics and an International MBA.

Gian says that outside of work he enjoys playing with and spending time with animals.

Adela joined us in 2019. She assists with a range of accounts administration duties and is currently undertaking sponsored AAT studies through our Professional Studies Programme.

In her free time, Adela plays the piano and listens to classical music. She also loves baking cakes and going on long walks.

Bill founded Scope Property Services in 2011. His background is in construction project management, both as a consultant and client-side, across the private and public sectors.

Bill holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Building Surveying and PG Diploma in Construction Project Management.  He also has a breadth of practical skills and technical construction knowledge.

Outside of work, Bill likes to keep busy and is usually hands on with a DIY project, most recently building a garden koi pond. Bill also enjoys fishing, golf and cycling. He recently completed a Cambodia to Vietnam charity cycle ride.

Angela is a Chartered MCIPD-qualified HR professional with broad industry experience. She holds a First Degree in Law and a Master’s in HR Management.

Angela has also attained the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) Certificate and is the Company H&S Lead.

In her spare time, Angela loves to dance and perform on stage, from theatre jazz and tap to ballet and contemporary. Angela also enjoys quiet reading and country walks with her dog.
