We were commissioned by the client to undertake these works after recently completing a similar project for them in the same building.
The project entailed the refurbishment and restoration of 3200 sq ft office space.
Works included careful detailing of the ceiling and structural steelwork so that 1 hour separation was achieved.
New mechanical and electrical services were then coordinated and installed to compliment the exposed ceiling grid.
Our in-house flooring specialists installed the solid wood floor.
