Refurbishment of industrial estate units

This scheme was carried out close to home, on the estate we are based on ourselves.

Units 5 and 6 were in particularly poor state of repair following the departure of the previous tenant.  Before the refurbishment, we needed to remove various items of heavy machinery and equipment from the units.

Furthermore, a significant quantity of paint and solvents had been left behind, requiring liaison with our specialist environmental waste partner to arrange removal.

Once we had a clean canvas to work on, we completed full re-decoration and M&E installation, as well as new entrance doors.
