Unit 1 is a stand-alone, building of brickwork construction. It is located at the front of a large industrial estate, adjacent to resident properties, a primary school and a busy shopping area.

Entering the property from ground floor, we replaced the entrance doors, followed by refurbishment of all communal spaces including entrance lobby and stairwell.

We then moved to refurbishment of the 1st and 2nd floors. In addition, we carried out external works involving replacement of all existing aluminium windows for new, double-glazed PVC and installation of new covering to existing flat roof.

Our service also included managing Building Control liaison and sign-off.
