Industrial estate refurbishment

This industrial refurbishment project required a new mechanical installation, internally servicing heating and hot water to the building.

Externally, the original brickwork courses were exposed with new cladding and windows installed, resulting in a clean fresh look in keeping with surrounding industrial spaces.
