Michael Manley is an industrial estate comprising 4 individual units.
It is surrounded by residential properties and local businesses and during our works, there were existing tenants in the other two units of the estate. This environment required careful management of site logistics.
The project required complex, sequenced internal strip-out of the existing fixtures and fittings, including removal of mezzanine structures. This was followed by a complete refurbishment, which involved shutter replacement, roof coatings, new M&E, groundworks and new floor coverings to ancillary areas.
