Full refurbishment of industrial space

We completed an efficient, full refurbishment of this industrial space in Bermondsey, in line with the client brief.

The large space had previously been used as a laboratory with extensive partitioning, suspended ceilings and plant installations. All of these internals were removed.

This was followed by a reconfiguration of ancillary spaces including new kitchenette and redevelopment of WCs. We installed new entrance and exit doors, and M&E throughout, notably LED lighting and fire alarm.
