Refurbishment and restoration of 3200 sq ft office space in London Bridge.
The client wanted to maintain the original features and character of the space.
To meet this brief our works included careful detailing of the ceiling and structural steelwork so that 1 hour separation was achieved.
New mechanical and electrical services were then coordinated and installed to compliment the exposed ceiling grid.
A new solid wood floor was installed by our in-house flooring specialists.
