Office refurbishment across 4 floors

We were instructed by the client to carry out works to multiple office spaces across 4 floors in the same building.

These refurbishments ran concurrently with the building being fully functional and without any interruption to other tenants.

Works included a full re-decoration with a complete overhaul of existing sash windows. A new electrical and mechanical install was carried out. Our skilled in-house team completed the restoration of a parquet floor along with a full install of engineered flooring.

One of the spaces, Unit B02, was previously an unoccupied storage area which was dark and uninviting.

Our client was keen to turn this around through intelligent concealment of existing services and M&E upgrades throughout.

We created a bright attractive office with the potential to impress businesses looking for a new home.
