Major estate refurbishment

Our client purchased this estate which required a major refurbishment across 5 industrial units.

The first portion of the project involved unit separation, as previously all spaces were occupied by a single tenant. We then moved forward with full internal refurbishment, refreshing all finishes with new M&E installations throughout.

Externally, we carried out extensive remedial works to cladding, block paving and drainage. This was followed by complete external redecoration of all existing cladding and windows.

We achieved a great result and an exceptional turn-around time, all within budget.
