London retail unit refurbishment

This project entailed the refurbishment of a retail unit in London’s fashionable Fitzrovia.

The client brief was to leave the unit finished as a shell. We undertook internal works at ground floor and basement level, including extensive strip out, installation of basement tanking system, new staircase, fire alarm and electrical fittings.

Externally, we completed new roof make-up including steel support and mechanically-operated skylight, a new shopfront and groundwork repairs.
