Industrial unit refurbishment

Dockwells is an industrial estate based in lower Feltham. We took over Unit 4 after a long-standing tenant had moved out.

We carried out a traditional strip-out of all items left behind. The unit suffered from dated fixtures and fittings, which were changed for new, followed by new lighting and decorations.

We provided a quick turnaround, allowing the landlord to swiftly market the property for new occupation.
