Office refurbishment

When the landlord first acquired Falcon Court, we successfully completed a large, multi-unit refurbishment programme across the estate.

Since then, we have returned to carry out various, further estate works.

In this instance, the fit-out carried out by the previous tenant was retained, with our brief focused on finishes to align with the remainder of the estate, compliance-related enhancements and upgrading to LED lighting to improve the EPC. Following assessment of the mezzanine by a structural engineer, our onsite team carried out a number of recommended reinforcements.
